Home Delivery Information

B&A Woodworks furniture ships via a national freight carrier to most addresses in the continental United States. Furniture prices include ground-level threshold ("first room") delivery by one driver via a lift-gate truck.

White-Glove Delivery (two people, uncrating, placement in room of choice, optional dunnage removal) is available to most addresses but must be quoted separately.* Be sure to communicate if you require internal or external stair carry.

*If checking out and paying over time with Affirm before obtaining the quote, White-Glove fee is paid outside of Affirm by credit card by phone or by check. 

Pickup from our shop (you must have moving blankets and vehicle capable of fitting the furniture) or from your local freight terminal (you must have a vehicle capable of fitting the furniture crate) can typically also be arranged on request.

Home/business delivery is made during normal business hours, by appointment made directly with the carrier. You must be present to sign for and accept the delivery. Transit times vary by distance from our central Pennsylvania location and typically range between 2 and 8 business days.

All furniture is built upon order. Lead time to ship is typically 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of deposit but can be longer during peak periods (please order accordingly). All furniture pieces ship assembled and crated for safe transport. Some aspects, like door glass and adjustable shelves, are customer-installed.

If a required delivery method is not available to your address or the cost of the required delivery is not agreeable, we regrettably cannot proceed with the order. We also reserve the right to decline an order where factors such as remoteness make it cost-prohibitive for us to provide the included delivery.

We guarantee our furniture prices for 12 months. If you see within 12 months of ordering a lower price than you received, let us know and we will refund you the difference.

Please note that we do not run sales. We are a custom woodworking shop, not a furniture store or mass producer/importer. We build each piece to order. Prices reflect a fair profit after time, materials, and overhead. We build in no excessive markups just to offer periodic discounts. We deliver consistent, excellent value all year round.
