Welcome Standout Designs Customers

Dear Standout Visitor,

Welcome to B & A Woodworks! My name is Brian Adams. You may not know me yet, but you may already know some of my work. For over six years, I played a pivotal role in the shop that built Standout Designs solid wood media consoles. 

As a senior craftsman and shop foreman, my many responsibilities included functional and aesthetic furniture design, quality assurance, and the proper packing of furniture for long-distance travel. I personally built elaborate custom pieces and new design prototypes for Standout Designs. 

When that shop closed due to COVID-19, another shop soon opened: B & A Woodworks. The B is me. The A is my wife Amiee. Through our new family business, I am employing my more than three decades of woodworking experience to a wide range of projects, close to home and around the USA.

That includes building (with permission) Haven, Horizon, and Majestic media consoles, albeit with a few changes. For example, all B&A consoles feature solid wood bottom panels and drawer boxes. You can order standard builds from our web store or have us customize one for you.

Several Standout Designs customers have already engaged me to build companion pieces to match their Standout Designs solid wood media consoles. This includes pieces made with woods and finishes by Standout Designs before my tenure, like this audio tower project.
